The Nemërçka massif is the wall of mountain on the east side of the Vjosa valley, and this is the walk that gets you into it. From the trailhead you climb through beech forest to the Sopot waterfall, then on and up into the glacial cirque - an amphitheatre of rock and alpine meadow carved by ice.
It is a demanding day: seven to eight hours on foot with real ascent, rewarded by the kind of views most visitors to Përmet never see. Good boots, a layer for the top and a head for a long day are what it asks; the guide, transport and pacing are ours.

A 20% deposit confirms your reservation, and the remaining 80% is paid on the day - cash or card, in euro or lek. We send the deposit details on WhatsApp as soon as you book.
