How a booking works
By requesting a trip with us you agree to these terms. They are short because the arrangement is simple: we confirm by hand, you pay on the day, and safety on the river comes first.

1. Requests and confirmation
A request made on this site, on WhatsApp or by email is not a booking until we have confirmed it. We confirm by hand, usually within a few hours, by WhatsApp or email. If a date or a trip is not available we will offer the nearest alternative.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are per person in euro unless the trip says otherwise, and include transport from Përmet, a certified guide, all technical equipment, drinking water, a snack and photos of your day. Groups of six or more receive the discount shown on the booking page. Once we have confirmed your booking we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total and send the payment details on WhatsApp; your place is held when it arrives. The rest is paid in cash or by card at our base on the day of the trip, in euro or Albanian lek. This website takes no payment.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, and the deposit is refunded in full. Our full cancellation policy, including what happens when we cancel for weather or river conditions, is on the Cancellation page.
4. Fitness, age and safety
Our standard rafting trips are suitable from age 6; other trips state their own minimum. Guests must be able to swim a short distance in calm water and must tell us about any medical condition, pregnancy or injury before the trip. Guides' safety instructions must be followed at all times; a guide may refuse to take, or may withdraw, any guest whose condition or behaviour puts themselves or others at risk, including under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and no refund is due in that case.
5. Equipment and belongings
We provide helmets, life jackets, wetsuits and neoprene shoes; they must be worn as instructed. Bring nothing on the water that cannot get wet. We are not responsible for valuables, phones or cameras taken on the river.
6. Changes by us
River level, weather and safety can change a route, a start time or a trip on the day. We will always offer the closest alternative or a full refund of anything already paid.
7. Photos
Our guides take photos during the trip and share them with the group. Tell us beforehand if you do not want to appear in photos we use on our site or social media, and we will not use yours.
8. Liability and law
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks that equipment and guiding reduce but cannot remove. We carry the insurance required of a licensed operator in Albania. These terms are governed by Albanian law; any dispute will be settled in the courts of Albania.
